MDF

Strength You Can Build On

Raw MDF, a material widely used in the woodworking industry, undergoes a specialized production process. In the initial stage, wood types are ground to obtain wood fibers. These fibers are then mixed with a special binding agent and compressed under high pressure. This compression process ensures a tight bond between the fibers. Subsequently, the obtained board is cut into specific thicknesses and dried in specialized drying chambers with controlled humidity levels. This process ensures that Raw MDF achieves a medium-density and homogeneous structure. Finally, the boards undergo processing in special milling machines to achieve a smooth surface. The unique production process of Raw MDF enhances its durability, making it suitable for various applications.
